Terms and conditions of accommodation in HOSTEL APARTMENT BELGRADE

1.    RESERVATION
Reservation can be made by the form RESERVATION on our website, it is necessary to fill in appropriate information and send a request on which we will reply as soon as possible. Also, reservations can be made by calling some of our phone numbers.
In order to have a certain reservation that you make on a phone you should ask to get a reservation confirmation by an e-mail.
In the special circumstances and in the case of inability to realize the reservation, Hostel Apartment is obliged to offer an alternative accommodation in the same rank.
Hostel Apartment does not charge the reservations, so if you have the need to cancel the reservation for any reason, please, be kind to inform us as soon as you find out that you no longer need the accommodation.

2.    CHECK –IN
The regular check-in is from 12 o`clock, except in the case when you have agreed differently with the management of Hostel APARTMENT. The reception in the Hostel Apartment does not work non-stop, so it is necessary to precisely announce the time of your arrival, in order to avoid waiting. Please, confirm the time of your arrival with the SMS (text message) at least half an hour before you arrive to Hostel APARTMENT.
In case you want to come into Hostel APARMENT earlier, that would not be a problem unless it does not disturb the guests that are still staying in the Hostel. If there are no guests in the time you want to come in there are no problems to get inside at any time. The same goes for the late arrivals, unless you come after 10pm. In that case you pay 10 euro in dinars.

3.    CHECK-OUT
The regular check-out is from 10 am, except in the case when you have agreed differently with the management of Hostel APARTMENT. If there are no other guests in the hostel on the day of your departure, you can leave whenever suits you.

4.    PAYMENT
You should pay for your accommodation in the full amount the moment you check-in the hostel. In case you have any reasons to shorten your stay, the money you paid is not refundable, so, please, plan your stay precisely in order to avoid the misunderstandings about the money refund.

5.    PRICES
The prices that are announced on our website are informative and vary depending on the season and days. All the taxes are included in the price so you do not have any additional expenses concerning accommodation, the clean sheets and towels are also included. You will get the confirmation of the price by an e-mail during the process of reservation.

6.    VALUABLES
Please, do not live the valuables unsafely in the hostel otherwise the hostel cannot guarantee for their safety.

7.    ANIMALS
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring in your pets in the Hostel APARTMENT.

8.    FUN IN BELGRADE

9.    GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
It is forbidden to take the flammable and explosive items and weapons into the hostel.
It is not allowed to take out the things that are owned by Hostel Apartment.
Please inform us about any problems, failures, damages the moment you check in the hostel.
Any possible damage made in the hostel will be charged at market prices.
Please, switch off all the electrical devices, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the doors each time you leave the hostel.
Please, pay particular attention to the keys of the hostel that are given to you. These keys are very expensive and their loss will be charged at the current price list.
It is not allowed to smoke in the hostel.
Please respect the list of house rules in the hostel which is clearly posted on the bulletin board in the hostel.
The staff of the hostel is regularly visiting the hostel once in a day.
